Lt 51,53 Squirrel Hunting Road, Ellijay, GA 30536

Property Description

Gently situated on the ridge in the peaceful community of Mountain Meadows Subdivision lay these two adjoining lots totaling 3+acres - ready for someone's dream home! Multiple building sites give the option of a slab on grade, walk out basement, or crawl space. No steep areas on this property, all usable land! The community's common areas feature a sizeable space for picnicking, community grills, a field suitable for outdoor activities and a beautiful swing that overlooks the rushing, meandering "Stover Creek" to enjoy some special moments. It is permissible to park an RV on the lot during the construction of the primary residence as per the mild Covenants & Restrictions. The two-way roads are gravel, but very well maintained and the grade is very gradual, not steep. Bring your Builder and House plans and make this happen!
